He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Madras and a post graduate diploma in business management from Xavier Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur. He has been associated with the Company, as its Director since December 8, 2021. He has previously been associated with DDI India Private Limited, Hay Consultants Private Limited (Korn Ferry) and Ernst & Young Private Limited (as a partner).
